Davenport Hotel Presentation for Rosewood Corporation, 1984.

A presentation notebook put together by the "original friends of the Davenport," Mrs. E. Z. Coman and David Lempesis, to sell the Davenport Hotel to the Rosewood Corporation. The paperwork shows it was offered by Tim Babcock, president of the Davenport. This sale did not take place, but this presentation gives a brief history and state of conditions of the hotel in 1984. The presentation was in a notebook, but has been placed in archival housing with the original headings, including the offer of sale, description of property, history, historic preservation, renovation survey and photographs.
